I send my son to Glendale Jeep to get an oil change and tire rotation and he returned with a $370 bill charged to my credit card. This dealer took advantage of my son's naivety by adding a bunch of unneede tire rotation and he returned with a $370 bill charged to my credit card. This place is a total joke, do your self a favor and never consider doing business with this dealership. The service department is one of the worst I have ever come across. They are inept in their abi never consider doing business with this dealership. The service department is one of the worst I have ever come across. They are inept in their ability to service the vehicle and provide quality customer care. They are impossible to get ahold of and once you do finally get ahold of someone, they will say the vehicle is ready for pickup and running fine and then it isn't. We must have been through the same issue, 10 times and they were never able to correctly identify and correct the issue. They will nickel and dime you for every single appointment regardless of whether or not they were able to fix the vehicle. Worst dealership, worst service department. Period. More
This is the worse place to ever buy a vehicle from . they lure you in and sale you a lemon. dont go here i would not recommend. ive had my jeep for not even 3 months and problems coming from so many places i lure you in and sale you a lemon. dont go here i would not recommend. ive had my jeep for not even 3 months and problems coming from so many places ive lost count. when i first went to get the jeep it wasnt ready they kept telling me they were working on it , after a week they called me and told me that it was ready, picked the jeep up and one week later started hearing noises from the front end . jj told me to bring it back to have it looked at i did and he told me there was not a problem and thats just how these jeeps sound i knew it was false information being told but i left anyway. now as im driving my truck with children in the back seat it cuts off anywhere highway street parking lots doesnt matter. im going to return this truck and i dont want any dealings with this company. this is the worst company ever . i wouldnt recommend a dog to get a vehicle from here. What a saving grace the whole team is at Glendale! I had a last minute road trip and a rear wiper that would not work, I needed it fixed faster than a reasonable request. They made it happen!!!! Jeremy from Sales and DeeDee from service fixed it within 30 minutes!!!! I cannot thank them enough. Going on a long road trip without a working rear wiper was a scary thought, but it is fixed and I am forever great full. BRAVO team Glendale, you all are the best!!!! Big thanks again to Jeremy and DeeDee for my road trip being stress free. More

Not just a salesman We purchased our 2018 Dodge Grand Caravan in January 2018. My husband is now disabled and no longer drives. I recently brought the van to the de We purchased our 2018 Dodge Grand Caravan in January 2018. My husband is now disabled and no longer drives. I recently brought the van to the dealership for to have Crystal Fusion applied after our windshield had to be replaced. After I got the van home, I noticed that the Crystal Fusion hadn't been applied to both sides of the windshield. I sent a Facebook message to the dealership letting them know the problem and how returning to the dealership would be inconvenient due to my need to be home with my husband after my work day. Early the next morning, Jim called me. I was surprised it was Jim because he was our salesman. At other dealerships, a salesman makes the sale and that's it. I've never had a salesman concerned about anything after paperwork is signed. Jim not only called first thing in the morning, but offered to come to my place of employment, get my vehicle, take it to the dealership for the application of Crystal Fusion, and return it to me. He was sympathetic regarding my husband's medical situation and was willing to do whatever it took to help me. Above and beyond all expectations...... More
