A pleasant experience! Hats off to these guys. I had to go in for one warranty item, they took care of a recall also, while I was there. I had an appointment at 7 am, and I Hats off to these guys. I had to go in for one warranty item, they took care of a recall also, while I was there. I had an appointment at 7 am, and I got in at 7 am! The technician estimated 2 hours. He was done in 1-1/2 hours. He also saw another issue, and brought it yo my attention, but was something I easily fixed myself. Hats off to tech Kelly, and the service advisor Derick. 1st Visit at Glendale Came in for my 40,000 mile maintenance visit for my 2015 Grand Cherokee. This was my first visit at Glendale and I was very pleased with it. My servic Came in for my 40,000 mile maintenance visit for my 2015 Grand Cherokee. This was my first visit at Glendale and I was very pleased with it. My service advisor was Jon Hutchens and my appointment was for 7:30 AM. After getting my oil changed, a four wheel alignment, both axles and transfer case’s differential fluid exchanged, I left by 8:40 AM. Thank you Jon and Glendale. You have become my main dealership for all my service needs More
Horrible service department, they will rip you off. Tow charge was ridiculous so I called few other companies and their rate was 3 times less. STEALERSHIP ! My car is running like new again!! I can't begin to tell you how grateful I am. Without your top notch technicians, I'm positive I would have had another tow truck ride in the very near future at best or a serious accident at worst. Thank you! More

Epic Glendale fustercluck - don't let it happen to you! Last July, I brought my 2015 Jeep Renegade into Glendale. Do NOT trust their coupons! It was a total bait and switch; the staff was only interested in Last July, I brought my 2015 Jeep Renegade into Glendale. Do NOT trust their coupons! It was a total bait and switch; the staff was only interested in piling on as many services as possible. I did get some of those, including a tire rotation. But here's the kicker! After getting a punctured tire two days ago, I learned from the Costco tire guy that the key to unlock the wheel cover was missing! The only two possibilities are that the factory didn't include it, or the Glendale people didn't return it after they did a tire rotation. So our car is sitting on the Costco lot and my wife and I are going to have to spend more time nailing down this fustercluck. I'm calling around trying to get information on the size or number of the locking nut, which NO ONE has--not the dealer we bought it from, not Glendale, etc. (Seems strange in this day and age when everything has a number online somewhere.) We are told we have to buy a whole new set of locking nuts with key from anywhere between $45 and $75. I gave Glendale the chance to do the right thing and cover this cost, but no, they refused. It's not so much the money is that all this running around would have been completely unnecessary if Glendale had just done their job in the first place instead of concentrating on how to screw the customer! So instead of a two-hour tire change, we are spending days and possibly having to take off work time. I will be telling this story in every possible online forum for months. Do not darken their door! You will regret it. We certainly have. More

They could not answer basic questions so I was transferred from person to person who never answered their phones. I had to then leave messages and conduct multiple attempts for over 22 days to get a person only finding an unanswered call yet again. I wish I could go elsewhere for service. YIKES More
