Blake introduce me to the service department and I really appreciate the service they give me, not pushy but give me the facts I need to keep my truck in good working order. You just pull up to have your oil change and they take it from there. I would recommend them very highly to anyone wanting to have their vehicle serviced. More

Appointment time Went in for a two hour service and I am still sitting here 5 hours later. Don't have any idea when it will be done. And now after 5 hours they found out they have the wrong part.....After the mistake was made Bill did get me a car for the night and the part was ordered for the next day. Both Bill and the service manager did there best to make right a bad situation. I will give them another chance when I need service but when I do make the appointment we will discuss the amount of time and we will be holding their feet to the fire. More

Service After the Sale I bought a Chrsyler 300 about 18 months ago from Zac Underwood. He was great to work with . I have another Chrysler so I'm sometimes at the dealer ( I bought a Chrsyler 300 about 18 months ago from Zac Underwood. He was great to work with . I have another Chrysler so I'm sometimes at the dealer (but not for my 300; its never needed any service). Zac always says hi and asks about my car and my family. A few weeks ago I decided to get a sunroof and backup camera installed on my 300. Zac worked pretty hard to get exactly the equipment I wanted at a reasonable price. When it was all done, they charged me even LESS than the price we'd agreed on. In addition to Zac, everyone at the dealership is friendly and business-like. I'm a very satisfied customer. More
Worst Experience For the Basic Things Called to See about Oil Change on Our Jeep 2007 Commander. Was Told No wait and Oil change only takes about a Half an Hour. My wife went in on her Lun Called to See about Oil Change on Our Jeep 2007 Commander. Was Told No wait and Oil change only takes about a Half an Hour. My wife went in on her Lunch break Based on Information given to us. When we arived again they said there was no wait and Quoted us for 3 oil Changes for 69.00. We agreed to estimate and multiple times they came to ask us for additional service for additional prices (tire roatation, transmission fluid change, Brake fluid change. ) Again we stated we only had a half an hour and only wanted an oil Change. After 2 hours we said we had to leave and can not wait anylonger. 4 times the length told us they said there just finishing up. When we went to pay they informed us that they would no honor the 3 oil changes for 69.00 quoted to us 2 hours ago cause no its no longer available and wanted to charge us for full price 75.00 for one. They did not have a Manager in that day they told us and couldnt change the price. AFter we refused to pay what we didnt agree to and now runnning Seriously late for work they finally reduced price and we paid in full. Everything they said they did the oppisite..They kept blaming everyone else in there workplace as to who/why/where. I would not recommend this place of Business to Anyone due to Lack of Leadership. Lack of Service Delivered. Time lines Promised to customer. We regret ever using this establishment!!!!!!!!!!! More
I own three Jeeps. This was blantant poor representaion of a potentially deadly situation with Upper Ball Joint separation of my passenger front tire. Entire Wheel wound up off the car, hub tire and all, f of a potentially deadly situation with Upper Ball Joint separation of my passenger front tire. Entire Wheel wound up off the car, hub tire and all, flat on the pavement and I had just had this checked at another Jeep Dealer (Lou Fusz) and they cleared it without incidence. NO RESPONSE FROM JEEP AND GLENDALE DID NOT GO TO JEEP WITH ANY DATA from the internet that I had pointed out to them showing this was a COMMON PROBLEM in Jeep Grand Cherokee and it should be investigated further by Jeep! Waterway will not even put Jeep Grand Cherokee older than 2011 into their car wash as a corporate wide statement of how this exact issue can be exacerbated by their movement of the car through the wash. My after thought is that I thankful this didn't have an effect on my life, but I am certain they would have responded to that issue. Watch your wheels on Jeep Grand Cherokee for Upper U Joint issues and don't expect Jeep to stand behind this at ALL. I am personally having this investigated further. I know this won't get on their site but it should before someone is killed by this issue. More
