We got the truck with everything we wanted at a very good price. The service department is also superb! Tom, the service manager, not only provided great customer care at the service department, but also had gone out of his way to get us a full refund for an out-of-town car rental when we encountered a car issue (which was later determined to be caused by a car software glitch). The truck is great and we love it! Glenn E Thomas remains to be our favorite dealership! More

Came from an hour and a half away to see a vehicle, we were assisted by the sales rep Jayson who was very professional and helpful. Decided to purchase the vehicle, got the out the door pricing, let them know that I already secured the financing thru my own bank. Had to leave due to a work meeting and spoke to one of the reps in financing and he advised that I could start the paperwork process and it would be ready by the time I would return in the evening to speed it up. Then that's when the nightmare started. When I returned in the evening (after driving an hour and a half again!) The process was supposed to resume. They requested a copy of my insurance information to make sure I had full coverage. However this time, instead of working with the same person in financing who was there earlier in the afternoon, we were met by the sales manager Lucas (who by the way gave me his card so that in his words I could "spell it right") Lucas then began to give us his xx explanation about how we could not drive away with the car because they needed to wait until their bank completely cleared the cashiers check from my bank and that they always do it this way. Uum as if this is my first time buying a car? I know that's a straight lie! Mind you, the car I was going to purchase was already considered used because the person it was originally sold to couldn't follow thru with the loan and had to return it after a few days and 500 miles later. (And that came directly from financing when they explained why the car was selling for the price it was. When I said this, Lucas rudely said "well you were lied to!" Wow so now apart from being rude and unprofessional, you also want to put in question the integrity of not one but 2 of your coworkers including the financing reps?Doesn't give a good look to this dealership at all. He then proceeded to tell us that we didn't have to purchase from them. Well you are absolutely right about that! Do not waste your time even if you are local to this dealership because in Lucas' own words you don't need to purchase from them. Take your business elsewhere unless you are okay with wasting hours at a dealership who clearly doesn't want to sell a vehicle. More
I went twice to look at a truck and nobody came out one day was around 7:30 then next day 6 people was there I even was walking around in front of the office couple of times and nothing .I went to anothe day was around 7:30 then next day 6 people was there I even was walking around in front of the office couple of times and nothing .I went to another dealership they welcomed me and helped right away with pleasant and worked with me for what I wanted. I had a appointment with the guy a was talking about the car over the phone. He was on time a took the time to sit and talk about any questions I might have about the car I was interested in. Pass them by. Here is my experience with this dealer and then you decide for yourself. I contacted them regarding a Jeep renegade for my daughter that they had two of in stock. We had already found a good then you decide for yourself. I contacted them regarding a Jeep renegade for my daughter that they had two of in stock. We had already found a good deal that she could afford on this exact car in San Francisco, so I thought I would check closer by to see if we could get close to the price. On the phone, I discussed what we wanted and spelled out the deal we already had, but that it was farther away and I would like to buy from a dealer closer by. I had a written quote and the original sticker for the car from a reputable Jeep dealer in the SF area, which I shared with the salesman at Glenn Thomas Chrysler. He gave me an out the door figure almost the same as the deal up north, so we agreed that I would come in the next morning to look at the car. After deciding the car would be perfect for her, I sat down to go over the numbers, but EVERYTHING WENT DOWNHILL FROM THERE. Without just saying, "Sir we cannot come close to those numbers", and allowing me to say thank you for your time and leaving, they kept me waiting for almost FOUR HOURS, and asked for personal information that I don’t like giving out not to mention checking my credit (which is over 800) a total of SEVEN times. I finally had to stop them from helping me! Then, after all that, they came back up with a monthly payment over $50 more per month than the original deal. I am very disappointed with how they do business there and told them so and after some word games I was told that they have been in business for 100 years which just makes me think that after a hundred years they should have learned how to treat customers and know how to make a sale. After months of bouncing to various shops and dealerships to try and solve a shifting issue with my Jeep, I brought it in to Glenn E Thomas, where I had originally purchased. This was not an easy task to source the cause of the problems, but I'm greatly appreciative of the help from my service advisor, Rudy Petersen and the service manager Tom Bonnstetter who really went to great lengths to get to the bottom of things, including working with Chrysler on my behalf. Not all dealerships would have taken the time, and I am tremendously grateful for their patience and commitment to taking care of their customers. They've earned my loyalty. Thank you Rudy & Tom!
