My experience was HORRIBLE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. .first of all I was bait and switch here. Drove all the way there only to tell me the vehicle was gone. They have the most horrible unethical ppl you can imagine. They prey on middle class hardworking ppl to become wealthy then treat us like we are trash. These men that come from other countries are nasty maybe because they think we don’t work hard because we born here IDK. But whatever they issue is they don’t respect us THESE REVIEWS ARE NOT LIES! The Owner rather be sued then to do the right thing. And guess what we going to court. This dealership IS ULTIMATE BAIT AND SWITCH. and BUYER BEWARE THAT DOWN PAYMENT GO STRAIGHT TO THEM. I would strongly caution anyone considering doing business with Global Auto Outlet. I called four separate times, once on Friday and three times on Saturday just to get a quote, pictures and infor business with Global Auto Outlet. After being transferred around and speaking with several people, I was told repeatedly that “we’re very busy.” One representative even admitted that their managers tell them not to worry about callers, only to focus on whoever happens to be standing in front of them. After I explained that I had already booked a flight from Los Angeles and was ready to pay cash for the vehicle, I was finally told that the car was sold or unavailable. This makes no sense how do you not know what cars you have in stock? Why would you not return phone calls or involve a manager when someone is prepared to purchase? For 2 days no one knows what's going on. Is this indicative of their attention to detail regarding the quality of their vehicles. Raisies suspicion for me. First impressions are everything in the car business, and unfortunately, Global Auto Outlet failed at every step. The lack of professionalism, communication, and accountability raises serious concerns about what’s really going on at this dealership. More
