My experience was HORRIBLE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. .first of all I was bait and switch here. Drove all the way there only to tell me the vehicle was gone. BUT WAIT THE SAME VEHICLE WHITE BMW X7 was on his other page in Arlington VA, look the dealership up SAME OWNER! LORD KNOWS I HAD NO IDEA until I got scammed. I started googling all the information I was surprised it’s all public information. I was lookiing for the actual Corporate office but unfortunately he is the owner and operator! They have the most horrible unethical ppl you can imagine. They prey on middle class hardworking ppl to become wealthy then treat us like we are trash. These men that come from other countries are nasty maybe because they think we don’t work hard because we born here IDK. But whatever they issue is they don’t respect us THESE REVIEWS ARE NOT LIES! The Owner rather be sued then to do the right thing. And guess what we going to court. This dealership IS ULTIMATE BAIT AND SWITCH. and BUYER BEWARE THAT DOWN PAYMENT GO STRAIGHT TO THEM. If you don’t believe me call your finance company and tell them if they lie you will have GROUNDS TO RESCIND THE WHOLE DEAL. I BET THEY TELL THE TRUTH! PAY CLOSE ATTENTION TO WARRANTY INFO MAKE SURE ITS LISTED AND NOT ADDED TO CAR PRICE. If so REPORT TO FTC, BBB. I’m going to make it my Life mission to get this known to every local NEWS SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORM. WE HAVE TO STOP SPENDING OUR MONEY WITH THEM IF THEY CANT TREAT US WITH RESPECT TRUST ME IF THEY GOT YOU APPROVE UOU CAN GET APPROVAL ANYWHERE.. these high mileage SO CALLED LUXURY CARS ARE GOING TO COST YOU YOUR SANITY…. Misrepresentation of a lemon they sold me then they so call mechanic COST me over 13k in repairs with intentional damage because I file several complaints with BBB AND DEALER BOARD because they refused to tell me location of where my car was being worked on. I would strongly caution anyone considering doing business with Global Auto Outlet. I called four separate times, once on Friday and three times on Saturday just to get a quote, pictures and infor business with Global Auto Outlet. I called four separate times, once on Friday and three times on Saturday just to get a quote, pictures and information on a Range Rover. After being transferred around and speaking with several people, I was told repeatedly that “we’re very busy.” One representative even admitted that their managers tell them not to worry about callers, only to focus on whoever happens to be standing in front of them. After I explained that I had already booked a flight from Los Angeles and was ready to pay cash for the vehicle, I was finally told that the car was sold or unavailable. This makes no sense how do you not know what cars you have in stock? Why would you not return phone calls or involve a manager when someone is prepared to purchase? For 2 days no one knows what's going on. Is this indicative of their attention to detail regarding the quality of their vehicles. Raisies suspicion for me. First impressions are everything in the car business, and unfortunately, Global Auto Outlet failed at every step. The lack of professionalism, communication, and accountability raises serious concerns about what’s really going on at this dealership. More

I had been talking to someone over text for a couple of days about buying a car I drove over 30 minutes to come test drive these cars.
