Thank you for your response to my concern with your agency and the way I was treated I would be very happy to rediscuss this again with the general manager I've already had discussions with Moses and other managers but have gone nowhere with it so I don't want to drive this out much longer or right too many negative inputs or go to the Chamber of Commerce or Better Business Bureau or the district attorney I don't want to do any of those things I would rather have a resolution for everybody so would you have the general manager who can make a decision with me on the phone and get this done once and for all he can call me at 702-534 2700 thank you

I contacted the dealership sales department a few days ago, but got nowhere... all they suggested is that I turn in my new car and buy another car that has all the features. They have not addressed any issues that the salesman lied to me and said that the car I bought had all the features that I wanted... not so. They even went so far as to tell me that the features on the Rogue was NOT available with any dealer in Las Vegas. THIS TURNED OUT NOT TO BE TRUE, Another dealer in Vegas has three for sale. They have not been honest and truthful from the very beginning. Even the fancy mailer for a special discount was false, according to the sales manager. How can they be trusted? What is the dealership going to do to make this right??
