2025 Frontier was out of commission for 3 weeks. It took 4 business days just to get looked at, another 3 days to figure out the problem, parts were ordered, wrong parts arrived, parts were reordere It took 4 business days just to get looked at, another 3 days to figure out the problem, parts were ordered, wrong parts arrived, parts were reordered, and finally the truck was repaired. Didn't help that original Service Advisor, T, was out during most of this time. Final thing in this disaster of a warranty repair, was that we never received notification that the vehicle was ready for pick-up adding another couple of days to the down time. I bought a used Nissan truck from Glory early November 2025. I live in California and the dealership of course is in Las Vegas. Steve, the salesman who helped me, was great and the staff I spoke to on the 2025. I live in California and the dealership of course is in Las Vegas. Steve, the salesman who helped me, was great and the staff I spoke to on the phone as we negotiated and finalized a sale were polite and helpful. The logistics however of getting the paperwork straight, mostly I think in the hands of the finance department, were clumsy at best with mistakes made at many steps. This was exacerbated by the fact that I was kept at arm’s length from the finance folks with Steve stuck as the go-between. It was inefficient and frustrating. I should add that I am certainly no expert in these matters but hope this helps Glory improve their work flow and that this helps future Glory customers. More
