The delays in diagnosis, the incorrect parts being ordered, and the lack of communication—including the missed notification when your vehicle was ready—are unacceptable and do not reflect the level of service we aim to provide. As a new dealership, we unfortunately fell short in this situation, especially with team members unexpectedly out and gaps in follow-through on our end.
