Gold Coast Acura

Made an appointment for a service on my 2022 MDX. I was told I should have a tire rotation and alignment. I totally agree I always have at least rotation when oil is changed. The price for oil change I was told I should have a tire rotation and alignment. I totally agree I always have at least rotation when oil is changed. The price for oil change, tire rotation and alignment was over $300.00 I believe $315.00. The oil change was $117.77. I thought the rotation and alignment was far to much. I called Americas tires and its $99.00 tire rotation is zero. I then received a call that my battery was low so they were putting it on a super charge? I've had 10 or 12 Acuras and they have always put in a new battery. I was told it would be up to as much as 3 hours to get this done. I waited in the waiting room and got angrier by the minute. I have had many service appointments here and it has steadily gone downhill. I have bought two vehicles from this dealership and brought a friend in who bought an MDX. I went in two days after he bought his MDX to buy and the salesman would not honor the price so I left and purchased in Sherman Oaks. Today I watched a woman get a ride home my friend who bought his MDX got a loaner car. I have received ZERO. I sat and waited for the battery to be charged. I have an appointment in Bakersfield on December 1st for the dentist. I now have an appointment for tire rotation $15. alignment $99 $10 off coupon $89. at Bakersfield Acura. I understand Ventura has higher prices. I just feel this dealership has no customer service and does not value in any way a reliable multi purchase customer. I am disgusted with the service. PS I will be trading in next year but will go elswhere. More

We had a great experience purchasing our beautiful new car, the 2025 RDX Technology, through Gold Coast Acura. A very special thank you to Francisco Molina who took care of us from our first visit to look at and test drive the RDX through our subsequent purchase. He is friendly, extremely knowledgeable and thorough in his explanation of the many, many features of our new vehicle. He facilitated the whole buying experience in a manner that exceeded past purchasing experiences by us. Lee, who took care of us for the final finance portion of our purchase, was also very efficient and friendly, answering all of our questions and smoothly and quickly guiding us through the paperwork. Gold Coast Acura was an absolute pleasure to deal with. I inquired about a vehicle online and promptly received an email from Darin the owner. I called him, we chatted about the car for a few minutes, chat I inquired about a vehicle online and promptly received an email from Darin the owner. I called him, we chatted about the car for a few minutes, chatted about price, loans, and warranties, then he told me that one of his sales people, Angel (unfortunately no longer there) and his finance guys, Dave and Mike, would get in touch with me. Angel got in touch promptly and when I asked for photos of the car he went and took about 20 of them to send me (I'm an hour away from the dealership!). Then Dave in Finance sent me all the paperwork to sign, this was 4 days prior to seeing or test driving the car, but it was enough to hold the car for me. My wife and I got to the dealership Saturday morning, test drove the vehicle, signed the remaining paperwork and drove home. It was a simple and as painless as almost any car I've ever purchased. Everyone in the process was helpful, the price was fair to begin with, they got me the extended warranty I wanted, and delivery was quick. I couldn't ask for anything more from a dealership and would recommend Gold Coast Acura to anyone looking for a car, used or new! More
