I arrived at Gold Coast early 2025 with my 2021 Escalade, that I bought elsewhere. We were recommended by a friend to visit Gold Coast and decided to place an order for a new car. A while after, an unforeseen circumstance led to our order being overlooked, and by the time it was discovered, the ordering window had closed. The owner promptly took charge to rectify the situation, but unfortunately, things were not falling into place. Despite this setback, the owner and his team went above and beyond to help us order and secure the next year's model, ensuring it was delivered to us. We are truly grateful for the incredible effort from everyone involved, starting with the owner, and extending to our New Car Sales Manager, Dave, and Sales Consultant, Kevin.
