I have an H2 and was visiting NJ and an engine light came on. After following the manual, the light kept on. Took the vehicle to Gold Coast at 7:30am and my car was fixed by 10:00am, under warranty and no on. After following the manual, the light kept on. i needed service on my 2 y/o cts. i had a short in my radio. they proceeded to tell me it wasn't under gaurantee because i was over my mileage. my radio has nothing to do with my mileage. nevertheless i radio. they proceeded to tell me it wasn't under gaurantee because i was over my mileage. my radio has nothing to do with my mileage. nevertheless i was charge almost 1900.00 and was told to bring a certified check, even though i never had paid by certified check before. they always accepted a regular check.so all in all , i was taken advantage of and was insulted by their staff. i will never use this dealer again. I made two trips and invested money plus two hours time.<br>I can afford the $28 dollars they took. <br>I guess they can afford to loose customers and get nasty reports. More
