My vehicle has now been at this location for over two months. I was initially informed that the delay was due to waiting on a hub delivery. Five weeks later, I learned that this was not the actual issue. months. I was initially informed that the delay was due to waiting on a hub delivery. Five weeks later, I learned that this was not the actual issue. I then waited more than a month for a corporate technician to inspect the vehicle, as the problem could not be identified. During this time, the appointment was rescheduled twice. Despite multiple attempts to request escalation through the service manager, Jesse, I was repeatedly told comments such as, “I don’t control their schedule,” and my favorite “We didn’t make the car.” Way to stand with your product! After posting a negative reviews, not one but two corporate technicians finally arrived, and the issue was reportedly identified. I am hopeful the repair will be completed by tomorrow. I do, however, want to highlight the exceptional service from my advisor, Roxann. She provided consistent weekly updates—even when there was no new information—and always treated me with patience and understanding. She never made me feel like an inconvenience, and her professionalism stood out throughout this entire experience. She is truly deserving of recognition, and I hope Golling realizes how fortunate they are to have her. More
