Let me start off by saying I have never had any service performed on my vehicle till today with this dealership (8/2/2025). With that being said I will never return due to my experience, as a fellow servi performed on my vehicle till today with this dealership (8/2/2025). With that being said I will never return due to my experience, as a fellow service advisor myself this was far from a positive experience. Went through the normal write up process and as a disabled person needing to stand is hard for me yet I didn’t have a choice but to stand at the desk while the advisor got comfortably seated at his desk. He asked if I would be waiting I informed him I would be waiting he told me about 90 minutes with my appointment. Okay no problem, never stated anything more. As myself and my wife waited in the waiting area we see my truck get pulled into the lane after completion and was even done sooner than expected! In the waiting area they have a bright yellow sign under the TV that states “WHEN YOU SEE YOUR VEHICLE WAIT FOR YOUR NAME TO BE CALLED”, I did receive a text stating it was done and right after it was now pulled out and parked. I waited about 15 Minutes after thinking okay, they will get me when they are ready to have me pay. After not being called and multiple other vehicles pulled into the completion lane I figured I’d ask if I’m ready even though I was never called/advisor never came and got me like others. Unfortunately I was met with “I sent you a text you should have know it was ready” again sign on wall vs that response was a bit rude. Also again being a disabled person with a walker it was not even offered for my vehicle to be pulled closer for me after they pulled it out as I was in the waiting area! I had to walk out to my vehicle my seat was moved and never put back to the original position either. It’s the small things that make a huge difference, I paid $140 for an oil change JUST and oil change no other services and that’s the care yall give customers is not a good thing. I understand im only one customer and me not returning isn’t that big of a deal but again Im also an advisor myself and will never again recommend this dealership nor service department. More

For the last 40 years buying different make and models from different dealerships, always took at least half a day. Recently traded in 2022 Toyota RAV4 for new Toyota Corolla crossover 2025 from Golling T from different dealerships, always took at least half a day. Ronnie Reeves was great to work with and really went above and beyond to secure our desired car and ensure top quality. He also kept us well informed along the way about timing and next steps. It was a pleasure working with him and I would highly recommend him. I felt so valued as a customer. The service was fast, efficient, and with a personal touch that made all the difference More
