Great dealership My father and I went to Goss Dodge in hopes of viewing a 2015 Ford Explorer we located on their website. The vehicle was being viewed by the warranty My father and I went to Goss Dodge in hopes of viewing a 2015 Ford Explorer we located on their website. The vehicle was being viewed by the warranty department and wasn't on site when we arrived (in a snow storm). We met with Vince Dober and asked him to provide some figures before seeing the vehicle. Vince worked with the sales team and provided figures that were well below what we were expecting. The vehicle arrived and it was exactly what my father was looking for! We decided to purchase the vehicle. During the process, Kyle from the finance department, came out to speak with us regarding the financing. He found a credit union (one we already deal with) that provided a "rate match" program and we received a much lower rate and car payment than discussed. WOW!!! Talk about great service and personnel that went above and behind! We are extremely happy with the vehicle we purchased and the service we received. Greatest Experience in Leasing a Vehicle I called on a whim to see if Goss would be able to beat a deal I had from an out of state dealer. I leased my previous truck from a dealer in MA becau I called on a whim to see if Goss would be able to beat a deal I had from an out of state dealer. I leased my previous truck from a dealer in MA because they beat Goss by $30 per month on the lease payment. I communicated that immediately to my salesperson Ben Trevail. I gave him the numbers that he had to beat for a Ram Big Horn with a HEMI and he called back within an hour offering a slightly lower lease price with less money down. I threw him a curve asking about a Ram Big Horn EcoDiesel they had in stock and if he could come back with a reasonable lease payment I'd take it. Needless to say, he came back with more than fair price. My wife and I went in so she could take a test drive and two hours later, we were driving home in our new Ram 1500 Big Horn Ecodiesel. Ben was extremely helpful, friendly, and made the process fun. More
