Only complaint was after spending 30 minutes test driving a truck and stating I would take it, I was told it was sold earlier in the day (not Vince's fault, other salesman didn't take keys off "rack" and manager didn't ensure he did). Very frustrating, but they made up for it in other ways, and even though I didn't get the color I really wanted (last truck with this deal), I think I'll be happier with it (white) in the long run (cleaner looking). Scott was the first person I spoke with at Willie’s and was immediately responsive to my questions and extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in. Being from out of state, we knew there might be some roadblocks to me being able to get this vehicle, and there were certainly more than we bargained for, but Scott and Brian were both so helpful, patient, and persistent in working with my Insurance Agents, walking me through all the paperwork, and finding a way for me to be able to bring this car home. After driving it for the past few days, I can't begin to tell you how much I love it. The staff was friendly, professional and went above and beyond. My Jeep was embarrsingly filthy and the detail was worth every penny.
