Service on my 2015 Jeep Trailhawk I recently made an appt to bring my Jeep in for an oil change. The date that I chose a week prior fell into an awful snowstorm. I called the day before wanting to reschedule and spoke with Delsa. I asked if there were available openings that day. She was so pleasant!! She asked if I could wait a few extra minutes and that she could squeeze me in. When I arrived and told her my name she greeted me with such emotion! After she checked me in, I asked about getting a drink from the vending machine that was in the garage. Delsa gladly said that she could help me out with that.
