Purchased a used 2013 Malibu on 11/15; vehicle died five miles after I left the dealership (fuel pump). Called salesperson for any kind of available assistance (tow, ride back to the dealership or home) nev miles after I left the dealership (fuel pump). Called salesperson for any kind of available assistance (tow, ride back to the dealership or home) never received a reply. A week later, never received any type of follow-up communication. While I understand the purchase was made "as is", the failure to extend a simple courtesy as a return call lost the dealership a future prospective customer as well as positive word-of-mouth recommendations. It takes a long time to earn a valuable customer--only minutes to lose one. More
