Thank you for your review. Your appointment was scheduled to diagnose the issue with your horn not working. During our inspection, we determined that the horn itself had failed internally. While we always strive to have parts readily available, it isn’t feasible to stock every possible component in advance. A horn concern can be caused by several different issues, including wiring problems, blown fuses, a faulty clock spring, or the horn assembly itself. Because of this, parts cannot be ordered until the vehicle is properly diagnosed. Since your visit, our team has already reached out to schedule a follow-up appointment to complete the repair. We appreciate your feedback and the opportunity to address the issue.
