Everyone at Granite Hyundai was amazing from the minute we walked in. We had a couple of rambunctious kids with us, and weren't made to feel like they were a burden at all. I knew what I wanted, and nobody we walked in. We had a couple of rambunctious kids with us, and weren't made to feel like they were a burden at all. I knew what I wanted, and nobody tried to upsell me or get us anything we didn't need. However, we were made aware of (and purchased) some of the additional protection to ensure we are supported. Jay, JJ, and Matt were all extremely pleasant and I feel like they were all able to relate to us as humans. Also, they stayed SUPER late to help us go through the whole buying process even though we were ALL tired. I cannot say enough good things about this team! THANK YOU ALL! More
