If I dropped the car, the appointment was in one day, if I needed to wait for the car it was one week out. I understand the rationale but not really very accommodating for the customer. Plus when I got there they said I could wait for it anyway. (32 mile round trip for me) I needed a part on order for one repair... estimated two week delivery! It's been 3 weeks and still no sign... Again, Sean was great... the rest was a little bumpy. More
