Earlier I posted a negative review on how I was treated by a salesman named Justin Alger who did treat me with disrespect and was very pushy with a lot of pressure to buy an older Toyota Tundra with 190 th by a salesman named Justin Alger who did treat me with disrespect and was very pushy with a lot of pressure to buy an older Toyota Tundra with 190 thousand miles on it and he tried to force me to buy it with high pressure tactics which I for one hate. My wife was there to pick me up and witnessed what Justin was doing. The sales Manager Ted Mikel's was also trying to make a deal with me not knowing how Justin was treating us, so I felt I was being pressured by both Justin and ted. But I realized Ted didn't see how Justin was acting towards us, and I left a negative review for the whole dealership because at the time I was upset at the way I was treated by Justin. I was wrong to write a negative review about the dealership as a whole and do apologize to the owner Brad, Ted and the rest of the staff at Grants Pass Toyota, for the rest of the staff have been friendly and kind to us for the rest of them have been good to us and have made every effort to give us a good deal. I do recommend Highly Grants Pass Toyota and I hope Justin will show more respect towards potential customers and have more patience rather than High Pressure tactic. More
I can’t overstate how delighted I am about my recent experience with Grants Pass Toyota. For anybody looking for a new or used vehicle, non-commissioned salespeople are the way to go, and GPT is the place to go. I had started working with another Rogue Valley dealership whose salespeople were clearly competing for commissions, and I felt like chum in the water surrounded by sharks. With Matt and his excellent co-worker Rhi Marsh, I had a team who were working with me and for me, rather than against each other. It was truly a no-pressure experience. I had done a LOT of research and was very particular, and they paid meticulous and respectful attention to what I did and didn’t want in a pre-owned SUV. Another GPT factor that gave me confidence was their 7-day-cash-back and 30-day-exchange. The commission-only dealership I’d briefly worked with had nothing like that. To me, that’s a red flag. If the dealer doesn’t have confidence in their vehicles, we buyers shouldn’t either. On our purchase day, Matthew was very detail-oriented, finding vehicle history that wasn’t on CARFAX and answering my endless questions. He was incredibly patient and resourceful when we encountered multiple super-frustrating issues that were all our fault, not his or GPT’s. And Omar Meza in Finance was just as easygoing, presenting us with options but not being pushy about anything. I eventually bought an SUV that checked off all my must-have boxes and more — a 2018 Toyota RAV4 LE Hybrid AWD with Toyota Silver Certification. Seven years old and like-new. I love it! I purchased a 2022 Prius in June 2025 and was very pleased with the sales experience I received there. The finance depart was easy to work with and I was both surprised and pleased they didn't bludgeon me with all the add-ons pitches and last minute xx switches you typically get at dealerships. The whole purchase experience was friendly and straightforward, and I would buy from them again and can easily recommend them to others. Grants Pass Toyota has set the bar on what other dealerships should strive for in their customer service policies, imo. More

I purchased a 2023 Camry less than a year ago. I was very disappointed with the trade in value given me for my Subaru. I decided however to give Grants Pass another chance and began an inquiry into another vehicle. I was given an embarrassingly low trade in value on the Camry that I had purchased from them. I had verified a trade in value on their website that was much higher than I was given in person. I had told them this and that I had also been given a much higher buy back from CarMax. I was told that I should go to CarMax and come back to them with the cash!!! Wow! That is not the customer service that I want to deal with. I will be taking my business elsewhere. More

Troy was very knowledgeable and his easy going personality and his no sales pressure approach, made us feel very comfortable. The dealership's FIRM and lowest pricing, was actually a relief of not having to haggle back and forth. Stephanie in financing was very personable and made the loan process easy and comfortable. We have already reccomended Troy and the Toyota Dealership! More

We purchased a vehicle for my grandson and Teddy was our sales person. He was great to work with. After giving him a little information about what we were looking for he had several recommendations for us sales person. He was great to work with. I did not plan to buy a car but Todd found a car that met what I wanted to replace my RAV4. While his efforts and the service overall was very good, it still took 5.5 hours to complete a trade-in/cash sale…f what I wanted to replace my RAV4. While his efforts and the service overall was very good, it still took 5.5 hours to complete a trade-in/cash sale…far too long.
