Gravity Autos Marietta

I made a huge mistake when I entered Gravity Marietta dealership Dec. 5th 2025. Jabori, in the high desk/ Finance area of Gravity, sold me a $34,000 2021 Ranger Rover then upcharged me so much the total dealership Dec. 5th 2025. Jabori, in the high desk/ Finance area of Gravity, sold me a $34,000 2021 Ranger Rover then upcharged me so much the total became 45,000 (unbeknownst to me, found out 1 month later). I was told the warranty was 1800.00 but later found i was charged 6500.00. I was told to drive the vehicle home on a loaner type paper & told they would bring the contract to my home the next day. I waited all day! They never came. After 3 days of waiting for my contract, I went to the dealership to sign it myself then I was told the contract would be emailed to me. It wasn't! I received the payment slip from the financial company (Wells Fargo) in Jan. 2026 showing i owe 45,500 when the original car price was 34,000. Next i found out my name was placed on the Contract without me seeing or signing (Fraud)! I contacted the FTC, now BBB, because this shouldn't have happened. They forged my name on a contract! Cameras are all around that dealership right? Pull the cameras and check my receipts. I recorded audio also. I asked them to resend the contract but AL argued and tried to make me say, i signed(I, CT did not) the obviously digital stamped contract ,i finally got a copy of in Feb 2026 from someone at the dealership who knew what they did to me and felt sorry for me. lol this is literally a reality TV show type situation, its unbelievable guys. Because im a woman they pulled all types of fugazi. I literally cried and told Jabori, how could you do this, do you not have a mother? After they thought they made the sale, Jabori was stone faced and did not care, would not speak and I didn't understand why his whole vibe changed just 3 days after the fake sale, then but now I understand, they had bamboozled me. Wells Fargo fraud department and I are taking care of business to rectify the fraud. Im now working with the police on this matter also. I want to warn others of the fraudulent activities which I encountered at Gravity Autos Marietta. Go at your own risk. I like my car but What I don’t like is when I got it back to NC I had an oil change done and the shop found many issues. Ball joints bad, leaking valve cover and timing cover gaskets, lower control arm issue to NC I had an oil change done and the shop found many issues. They don’t seem to do any repairs on the cars they sell. The wash and ceramic it then put it for sale. Not what I thought sadly. If you want to buy from them bring the vehicle to a repair shop so they can give you a list of all the issues before you pay! More

BUYER BEWARE – CARS ARE NOT INSPECTED WITH ANY CARE Purchased Maserati expecting to rely on the Gravity dealer to have inspected the car with any degree of care. Beware I was told I purchased the car as is and would not work with me further other than if I traded in the car. I spent $4,500 in maintenance costs in 1.5 months of purchase. Took it to shop and was diagnosed needing so much. 1. All 4 wheels were bent – Gravity did resolve this when I picked up but all others were on me when I found out when car began dying on us 2. Tires on secondary tread on inside – had to replace all 4 3. Battery not synced to car and was a replacement no name brand that dies on us after a month due which is why it was likely replaced with cheap battery. Had to replace with appropriate battery. 4. Spark plugs replaced with no name plugs with only “speed” written on them. Had to replace. 5. 2 belts with cracks have to be replaced 6. Cabin filter never replaced at 30K or 60K mile services not performed 7. Oil filter never replaced – was the original at 63K miles 8. Both air filters never replaced – were the originals at 63K miles. ONE HAD A RODENT NEST INSIDE WHICH HAD TO BE VACUUMED OUT TO REPLACE IT 9. Brakes fluid low More

I had the car for 30 days now it's been in their shop for 3 weeks no repai never been more frustrated then I am with this purchase from Gravity Auto. I had the car for 30 days now it's been in their shop for 3 weeks no repair just lies. Now it's in Macon Ga Mercedes Benze dealership for repairs 3.000.00 dollars and no help from Gravity. I canceled that garbage warranty and they tell me the refund has to be sent to the Lienholder. I'm beyond frustrated I wish I would have never heard of them. Don't don't return call, don't answer emails and lie to your face. Just unethical I'll never buy or recommend this Liarship Business to anyone. More
