Took my car in because of a roar coming from the rear of the vehicle. It took 3 days before my car was even looked at. What I was told it needed was fixed reasonably fast but after picking the vehicle back the vehicle. It took 3 days before my car was even looked at. Too slow responding to a simple issue I had fully diagnosed and troubleshot before turning in the vehicle. Three weeks in the shop to track down and change a 15A circuit breaker is not normal. And to diagnosed and troubleshot before turning in the vehicle. Three weeks in the shop to track down and change a 15A circuit breaker is not normal. And to be charged $200 or so was a slap in the face for a vehicle that is allegedly still under warranty. I do all maintenance at the facility for two Armadas and the previous one I owned. Loyalty is not always productive. More
