Christina - MY name is Dennis Buchanan and I am the general manager for Honda City and I just read the review of y our experience in our service department. Needless to say I am both shocked and upset at what happened. I am not yet at the dealership today but I have already called and want to see all employees involved to see how this occurred. I never expect a customer to feel hat we did not do everything to insure they have a good experience and feel confident with us taking care of their car. I would like to do the following. 1. I want to pull all of the information concerning the repair of your car so that I may conduct a full investigation. I do not ever want any other customers to have the same experience. 2. I will take disaplinary action to employees who did not follow our process for quality control. 3. I want to find out how much you have spent with us on this repair and I will make a refund to you for all work that was not correctly performed. 4. if your car is not yet repaired I will bring your car in, supply you with a loaner and make sure the car is repaired correctly. If you could email me at my personal email d2buchanan@aol.com and give me your name and phone number I can pull the records on your car. Again, I am very sorry for your experience, it is not how I run this business and I will do all I can to make the situation right and to hopefully show you the type of experience that Honda City tries to give its customers. I will send you a detailed list of the interaction. I would also like to note that everytime that this dealership touched my car, they broke my A/C. I have not paid anything for their services (and if I had this would be in litigation if I had). I have been called a liar and I will NEVER bring my car (or anything else) to this dealership for service.

I am sorry you have had such a bad experiance at the dealership. I did want to clarify a few details from your original complaint. You stated that you took your car to your regular mechanic. Mike at Midas on south bay road in Syracuse. Because that is so far away I would ask if you came to Honda City while you were on a trip or if the car had issues while you were upstate. Also you mentioned a person named Chad. Is this a employee? As we don't have anyone working for us by this name, I wondered if you did have a card from the advisor that you were dealing with. I would like us to look at the car to make sure everything is ok with the repairs. are you on long Island now or upstate in Syracuse area?
