While there, scheduled time with Salesperson Kevin Dawson. I've personally worked with him for 4-5 leases. Ended up driving away with a 2024 Honda Ridgeline Trailsport. Highly recommend this dealer for vehicle maintenance/service and any purchase/lease needs. No complaints!! More

Yesterday was my first visit for Service. I was there for my 10:00 appointment. I got in at 11:00. I told the person at the Service Desk that what I was there for had been paid for. He disagreed, then for my 10:00 appointment. I got in at 11:00. I told the person at the Service Desk that what I was there for had been paid for. He disagreed, then checked the records, then with some prompting, apologized. The technicians Morgan (and Dave) were FABULOUS and I really appreciate their work! I left and tried to get gas in Kent. I was unable to open the gas door! I drove back to GLH to find that the technicians were on their lunch break - totally understandable. Waited some more, and the cable was rethreaded at no cost to me. Didn't expect that to happen at 1600 miles. I spoke with the same Service person to offer a different response to the one I received, in hopes of helping him become a more compassionate Service provider. I hope my next visit will be better! More
Do not let them run your car through their car wash machine. It left scratches down both sides of my car which they quickly denied could have been from their equipment.
