Fast oil change My 2012 Honda Civic was in need of an oil change and I had received a "Black Friday" coupon in my email. I called and make an appointment for Monday. My 2012 Honda Civic was in need of an oil change and I had received a "Black Friday" coupon in my email. I called and make an appointment for Monday. Monday turned into a whirlwind - so when I got to my appointment I was stressed because I had to pick up a Christmas gift before the Store closed. I told the service attended my dilemma and he expedited my oil change. They did a great job and had the oil changed and the car washed waiting for me in less then half an hour. WOW Great service More
Very Satifsctory I arrived ten minutes early and the service person began immediately. When reviewing the history of my vehicle, he noted that I had missed having my t I arrived ten minutes early and the service person began immediately. When reviewing the history of my vehicle, he noted that I had missed having my two air filters replaced at the last appointment and recommended replacing them now. I agreed and the servicing began. It was completed within the estimated one hour time frame. I thought the cost of the filters was steep but consoled myself by knowing that they were proper for my car and installed correctly. The tolal cost was on target with the estimate given. I am satisfied. More

Upmost Praise for this Dealership I have been using this dealership since I bought my Honda accord in 2008. It currently has 300k miles. That's a lot of service stops for oil changes a I have been using this dealership since I bought my Honda accord in 2008. It currently has 300k miles. That's a lot of service stops for oil changes alone. These people have always taken good care of my cars needs without pushing any extra service requirements.. The car itself has been exceptional. My next Honda will come from this dealership and will for sure be serviced their. More

The final bill that could have come to hundreds of dollars was around $75. Additionally Rob is always friendly and informative; a great representative for the dealer. More
