Great Lakes Honda - Service Center

Free tpms, but long wait I stopped by to get an oil change and tire rotation because I had coupons for both. I also wanted them to check one of my tires because it kept losing I stopped by to get an oil change and tire rotation because I had coupons for both. I also wanted them to check one of my tires because it kept losing pressure. First, they honored both coupons! In the process of checking the tire they came and told me I needed a new tpms and it would cost $150. I said no, but when they were putting everything back together that tire wouldn't stop leaking. So they replaced the tpms for free! It took them 3 hours when the original time estimate was 1 hour, but I can't complain with a new tpms, oil and filter change, and tire rotation for $38. All in all, a great experience. They are very professional and willing to accommodate. More

I find the staff kind, polite, knowledgeable - and always wil I had an oil change and tire rotation - and as usual it was the BEST service in town! Great service, I ask for Rob Rhodes every time! Any time I need service on my CRV, I contact Rob and he fits me in the schedule! If I'm having service work done and can't get someone to pick me up, Any time I need service on my CRV, I contact Rob and he fits me in the schedule! If I'm having service work done and can't get someone to pick me up, he'll give me a loaner to use. The work is thorough and reasonably priced, because I receive coupons through the mail from Great Lakes Honda. It's always been a great experience and they will be the dealer I choose every time. Friendly and fast service!! I had an oil change and tire rotation done on my 2009 CRV. Nick Vaccaro from the service dept was very friendly and professional. They keep all of the service records on my vehicle so I don't have to!! I also had the transmission and rear differential fluids changed, since they reminded me it was about due. Thank you for helping me by not having to make another appt and come back!! Although waiting is not a problem, since they have popcorn, a coffee machine, water, cookies, and a TV. Also bar tables and chairs I can spread out my papers and get some work done. And it's in an open area, not in some closed off little tiny room. Thank you!! :) More
