I do not have interest in talking to this company. I had asked twice to have a manager call me. I asked to have the manager review my situation and call me to let me know if they are happy with the service I received over the 6 weeks. If the staff did not relay my request to talk to a manager - that is not my fault. That is another example of how this place has broken operations. Amber has the same automated robot response to every online review. Just let my review rest as is - it is the truth. It is too late - Hyundai lost a customer for life bc of this location/franchise. One thing a customer can rely on - they are consistent in not returning calls. They do talk to you professionally as they hold your car hostage. Customers beware! No sense of urgency. IBS (Italian Body Shop) in Westerville is a great body shop. Midas in Gahanna treated me right for service. Steer clear of Great Lakes Hyundai.

We are very sorry that you seem to have had a bad service visit somewhere, but I don't believe this review is intended for us. We have no record of servicing any mechanical or body repairs to a Volvo any time recently. We are a New Hyundai Dealership.
