Took my tacoma for brakes, they did a tire rotation, and tried to send me on my way. Asked why they did the rotation instead of brakes, like I asked. I didnt answer the phone to approve that? So whyd it get done. Complained to management, they said nothing could be done. Worst dealership experience Ive had. Owners argue in Google reviews and try to remove poor ones. Lets see them remove this. More

We recently had our Highlander serviced. I understand the construction, but as many notifications we received you could at least explain the drive thru procedure. Most everyone we encountered was nice and helpful. My main concern with Green is the smell in your dealership. It burns my eyes and gives me a headache. I thought it was just the Toyota building, but we had to wait next door at Audi building. Same smell!!! Not sure how your employees handle it. It’s toxic! I have smelled this air freshener before in a casino trying to cover the smoke smell. Please consider changing this smell. Service took less time than we were told, which is awesome. More
