I gave them stellar ratings on the purchase process (see previous review) but they have dropped the ball on the follow up with the quality of the vehicle! DO NOT TRUST THEM IF YOU ARE BUYING FROM OUT OF TOWN!!! They do not care about keeping long term customers nor anything wlse besides getting their money. I still DO NOT HAVE THE TITLE PAPERWORK FOR THE VEHICLE DESPITE PAYING $10K out of pocket and now making my first payment on this $25k used car!!!!! BUYER BEWARE!!! And yes you can call me stupid for actually trusting someone from afar which unfortunately says so much about our world…oh well! More
