Took my 2020 Dodge Grand Caravan GT on October 9th 2025 due to an oil/fluid leak. Advised it was a transmission leak and would cost $618 and some change to repair and I authorized them to repair. I am a double amputee Army Veteran and this work was work done to my handicap van (my only means of transportation). I was there for the repair from 8:45 AM until after 2:00 PM. Yet here I am still with the same problem I paid them to repair hundreds of dollars. It’s interesting how many people want to thank us Veterans for our service, however, I would like to thank people whom I pay to do work for me that they did a good job. I find I don’t have to say thank you that much anymore, simply because it seems most Americans don’t take pride in their work or craftsmanship anymore. I am sure when I call in a few minutes they will say “we’re sorry, just bring it on back and we’ll take care of it”. Bet they don’t say “we’ll pay you for the hours you sat and waited for us to not properly repair your handicap van as well as we’re going to pay your time for coming back in for us to TRY and make the correct repair to stop the transmission leak. More
