Caution with this dealer: We are searching for a specific new RAM truck configuration through an online search tool. Found a very close match at this dealership. We were prepared to pay “advertise specific new RAM truck configuration through an online search tool. Found a very close match at this dealership. We were prepared to pay “advertised final price” no financing so a very straightforward transaction. Upon full disclosure of dealer sell price to us many line items were added after the “advertised final price.” Sales Manager was not willing to remove the additional line items and stated that the final price on their website is not really the final price and could not/would not sell at the stated “advertised final price”. The line items that we added were excessive (over $3K) and not market (items like $999 wheel locks, etc). Perhaps others have had different experiences. For us, lesson learned we should have first looked at BBB (a D- rating) and others. So glad we discovered this deciptive tatic before flying to Dallas. We'll work with more reputable dealerships in the future. More
