After leaving the service dept upset & disappointed, they want a review. Here it is. The paint on my car is lifting up & literally flying off currently in 4 different areas. My car has 42,000 miles & I’ve purchased 4 cars here - one approx every 3-4 years. Even though my car is out of warranty & apparently not covered by the “so call” extended paint warranty, would anyone expect to have a 5 year old car repainted? Hyundai wants me to pay $500 & they would do a “repair” instead of the whole car. What if in a few months, there are other areas affected. A car detailer has looked at my car & says bubbles are under the paint already in other areas. This is how they treat a repeat customer of 4 cars. FYI, this car has been washed, waxed & cleaned regularly & mechanically maintained. More
