I have never been in a dealers car dealership that was more corrupt that Kia East. They added a $2050 car maintenance contest for which I never asked. I made an appointment for the cruise control software update and oil change. I requested Fiyin as my service provider because of how exceptional he has been in the past. He was able to advise and inform update and oil change. I requested Fiyin as my service provider because of how exceptional he has been in the past. He was able to advise and inform me all about the cruise control software update and also made sure I did not have any other concerns or questions. I’m always kept up to date and the service is completed quickly. My car is always cleaner than when I arrived and parked in a very convenient place to pull out.
