I trade in my nice RAV4 here but they didn’t pay for my previous dealer for more than a month . I end up paying for that car and the one I buy from them not to ruin my credit. When I call Rania she was more than happy to mistreat me she is very different person when I buy the car and I asked her to address my problem . I feel like my whole experience was a scam . BEWARE! !! We purchased a pre-owned vehicle in Oct. 2021, when we went to renew registration, we were advised the vehicle we have been paying Kia on time for !! We purchased a pre-owned vehicle in Oct. 2021, when we went to renew registration, we were advised the vehicle we have been paying Kia on time for months now has Not been titled in our name, has no title in no one 's name. It has been over a week since we were informed by county clerk office. No contact from dealer. No resolution! Still waiting to hear from GM Dennis. Tags are expired. It is illegal to sell a vehicle with no clear title. Stuck in LIMBO! Waiting on Kia More

I went for tune up and was told the total work would be over 2000.00. I needed to pay for all scheduled maintenance since purchased over 5 years. I asked if he could do just tune up and he explained no. I over 2000.00. I needed to pay for all scheduled maintenance since purchased over 5 years. I asked if he could do just tune up and he explained no. I refused paid 260.00 fee for basically nothing and returned home. I was totally dissatisfied and never plan to return. He told me all or none of scheduled maintenance. As I was leaving he said if you want to come back for some of the work I could. At this point I wouldn't trust your service department. More

They attempted to tell me my brand new car needed a new engine. Accused me of driving my car thru a creek and beach which I had not done. My husband who is a mechanic stated to them that this isn’t right. engine. Accused me of driving my car thru a creek and beach which I had not done. When I explained that I wanted to deal with someone else (over the phone) she picked up the phone yelled at me and hung up. I called to speak to the general manager who claimed he would call me back in a couple hours never did and finally called and stated I wanted my car back they finally got it done. Will never return to this dealership again. More
