I had been using another Kia dealership closer to me and they were good to work with but after 3 attempts to correct an AC issue, I decided to just have another set of eyes on the issue. My daughter dropped off her car and commented on how inviting and responsive the service department was to her. They located and promptly repaired a refrigerant line and all is well. Van and the team went well above and beyond in every aspect of our visit and our expectations were exceeded in every way. If the service department is any indication of the client care and attention then Greenway Kia is definitely the way to go. Thanks again, guys! You did an awesome job and solidified our high opinion of Kia as a whole. I will be back! More
