I have a new love for Kia! My Husband and I went in looking to trade in my vehicle which I was upside down in payments with and his old paid for vehicle for 2 brand New 2017 Kia My Husband and I went in looking to trade in my vehicle which I was upside down in payments with and his old paid for vehicle for 2 brand New 2017 Kia's. We did not expect to be able to do it but went anyways to see our options and what we needed to do. Teddy was clear and upfront that he made no promises but would do absolutely everything in his power to get us driving away in new vehicles. HE MADE IT HAPPEN! He worked with us, the finance people, and the banks to get me out of my bad situation and get us in our new vehicles in the price range we felt comfortable with in less than 4 hours. We were also helped out by Joey Bibb. He did an awesome job with helping with test drives, getting our new cars cleaned and gassed up, giving feedback on gas mileage, and making sire we had a great experience. As for recommending this dealership - facility very nice and clean; staff very friendly; probably not recommend because of doc fees too high but definitely would recommend Joey which results in the dealership win.
