Terrible Customer Service, Credit Inquiry Abuse. Because of Orr Cadillac and them pulling 14 different credit bureaus, I was disqualified for a mortgage loan due to too many requests for credit. I will never use them and I will make sure no one I know ever does. This was over a car loan in December 2013. I will have to wait one year before applying for a home for my family. I attempted to contact Orr on December 22nd 2014 and never received a call back after being transferred three times. Do not use Orr if you are worried about maintaining your credit. We first shopped for our 2012 Tayota Camry LX Hybrid at Orr Toyota in Hot Springs. We ordered a vehicle with all of the options and settled on a price. When the auto was delived the options were less than ordered yet they would not change the price. Additionally they low balled our trade in and would not lower the price based on the MSRP. We felt that they were doing us a favor purchasing from them. I wuold not trust this dealership and would not reccomend anyone to purchase from them. We purchased the vehicle from N. Point Toyota in N. Little Rock from a friendly and professional organization and received the vehicle with all of the options and saved over $3,000 vrs Orr Toyota. More
