Oh yeah, along with that, the price we bought the car for was amazing, and so were the additional anniversary benefits. Joseph was super patient with our many questions, taking the time we needed to make a smart decision with this purchase., Spencer, in finance had a great smile it did not seem pushy at all, again listening to our specific needs. As we met with Anthony, the sales manager, we were very blessed by his ability to explain complicated warranties and coverage, and yet maintain a friendly smiling presentation. Lane, the center manager for the dealer was also very kind and gracious. We were able to work with Jeremiah and Ian, and again had outstanding customer service experiences. Clay went over and above to help us charge one of our phones. I have to be Frank, the staff at Greg Young Toyota was so kind and friendly we were thinking about asking if we could move in, because they felt like Family. 😉.
