Horrific Awful. Absolutely horrible. Liars and Cheats. DON’T EVEN WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. See that 2014 Tahoe they have for $17,888? See where it was dropped fro Awful. Absolutely horrible. Liars and Cheats. DON’T EVEN WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. See that 2014 Tahoe they have for $17,888? See where it was dropped from $21,949? Great, right? WRONG. They tacked $4,000 back on when I got there and called it a ‘Reconditioning fee’. I checked under the hood, under the frame, the tires, the back, inside and out; NOTHING WAS RECONDITIONED. A TOTAL LIE. But that’s not all. (More fees?) Yeah, five thousand more. That’s right: NINE THOUSAND TOTAL ADDITIONAL FEES. A $1000 Dealer Fee, $1100 for State taxes (6%, the only reasonable fee in the deal), and $3300 for tag, title and who the hell even knows what else???? I didn’t even ask. I couldn’t get out of that SWAMP fast enough. And all this during the Coronavirus outbreak, and after the pre-visit phone call when they promised VIP treatment where the vehicle would be DISCOUNTED TO COST. Again ALL LIES. And there’s more: they wanted to give me $2000 for my trade that AutoNation valued at $4600. I feel sorry for Chevoy my salesman who was respectful, professional and the only positive part of the visit. I apologized to him that he lost his fee BECAUSE OF THE OWNERS GREED. No exaggerations here. A total disgrace. Just simply awful. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME. P.S. And don’t even listen to their reply; more BS, more fudged numbers and MORE LIES. More
