On 01/09/2021 I was the only person in line at the parts service department at Phil Smith Chevrolet . The parts service guy take about 4 telephone called before he service me. The only time he see me is wh service department at Phil Smith Chevrolet . The parts service guy take about 4 telephone called before he service me. The only time he see me is when I said to him “I am the little man spending small money so you overlooked me.”I really take this personal by he ignore me. More

customer service I visited Phillip Smith Chevrolet about 4 months ago and got some work done and I had noticed that they had a special going on for the oil change so m I visited Phillip Smith Chevrolet about 4 months ago and got some work done and I had noticed that they had a special going on for the oil change so much later I came back so we to get my oil changed features o instead of it being 59.99 it was 49.99 well that made me happy long story short I was informed I need a couple other things done to my vehicle which I chose to do so but I think I may have misread when they said replace my windshield wipers I thought they met my two front windshield wipers not my back the price was 29. 95 or something to that effect but nevertheless the customer service I received was very good I was upset very upset not at the price of the windshield wipers but some other things that expired nevertheless everything worked out thanks to Jack he not once.got Impatient or rude with me doing my venting and everything else he's very professional and that impressed me so one I left I felt bad because I was being rude and I don't like being rude I'm very grateful to Jack for his patience and his great customer service I'll see you soon Jack thanks again More

service advisor just doesn't care The service advisor made a routine service visit to this dealership a nightmare for my daughter who attends a local college. Advisor has no concern fo The service advisor made a routine service visit to this dealership a nightmare for my daughter who attends a local college. Advisor has no concern for for the customers time and is disingenuous about when the vehicle will be ready. This advisor Doesnt care if you have other appointments or commitments that day as a two hour promised turned into a twenty two hour nightmare. Advisor would not take my call and got back to me six hours later for a Simple oxygen sensor installation. My first experience at this dealership was great but after this experience I can no longer trust that my vehicle will be repaired as promised. The service manager is aware of my situation and was sympathetic to my comments but none the less this was a major inconvenience for a seemingly simple repair and will not happen again. More
