Pretty xxxxty experience all across the board, he personally told me 30k for my car, get into signing the contract with the finance manager, who lied to me about how the cost shot up to 34k. After over a month long process, he couldn’t show me, finance manager couldn’t show me, manager couldn’t show me, and even the general manager could not show me how it got to that price. And to top it all off Edison made me bring in my stock headlights and back brake lights, I offered to change them out myself but was told not to worry about it, and he’d let me know when I could pick up my own taillights and brake light. Was quite busy and after a few weeks I hadn’t heard anything so I reached out, and shocker I’ve been ignored by him and the dealership as a whole. Guy straight up scams me on my new car and then steals my xxxxing property and couldn’t even be man enough to say anything about it. Culón! More

There was absolutely no pressure—just a calm, professional, and knowledgeable approach that made the entire process comfortable and enjoyable. Alex Duarte is incredibly knowledgeable about engines and the mechanics of cars, and it really shows. He shared both his passion and valuable information that helped us make a well-informed decision. Our first test drive was relaxed and enjoyable—no rush at all. We took our time researching before making the purchase, and throughout that process, we never felt pressured. Alex followed up with a thoughtful text to let us know the vehicle was still available and offered his help without being pushy. After we brought the car home, we noticed a small chip in the windshield. I reached out to Alex, and he quickly arranged for the repair at no cost to us. The used car manager, Steven Sweeney, even provided us with a written warranty for the repair. I've leased at least 5 cars from Grieco. I leased a NEW HONDA PROLOGUE in November. I have had numerous safety issues. The vehicle randomly stops completely while driving (nothing in front I leased a NEW HONDA PROLOGUE in November. I have had numerous safety issues. The vehicle randomly stops completely while driving (nothing in front of me). The axle was replaced and still makes an awful noise. I was promised a 2nd axle replacment but when i called to schedule, was told that wasn't true. The air conditioning has failed and is at the dealer for repair (again). My family is scared to drive in it because of the random stopping. It is really bad. The dealer and honda corporate refuse to put my family in a safe car. It was recommended by them to use the LEMON law if I want my family in a safe vehicle. BUYER BEWARE. GRIECO AND HONDA HAS PUT $$$$ BEFORE THE SAFETY OF MY FAMILY. BRAND NEW CAR. THE CAR IS THERE NOW. ITS BEEN DOWN ALMOST 40 DAYS TOTAL IN 8 MONTHS. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH. BUY ELSEWHERE. DON'T GET STUCK IN AN UNSAFE VEHICLE LIKE ME. More
