Oil change and tire rotation I scheduled an oils change and tire rotation and had a warranty issue on my air conditioner. I noticed one of the valve caps was broken (top broken o I scheduled an oils change and tire rotation and had a warranty issue on my air conditioner. I noticed one of the valve caps was broken (top broken off) so I figured when they did the tire rotation they would check the pressure and put on a new cap. I got home and noticed the cap was in the same condition so I can only assume that the tire pressure was not checked. I have gone to other dealers and I get a summary of the truck and did not get anything. The other dealer also always fills all the fluids and washes the truck. I guess I’m spoiled by my regular dealer but I needed to get the work done in BRF. More

Didnt believe me I brought my vehicle it which some warrant work was done 6 months ago. Now it did the same thing it did 6 months ago. I told the counter guy this. He told me that there was nothing he could do and until it gave a code there was nothing wrong with the vehicle and it cost me $53 for him to say there was nothing wrong. The very next day did it again I brought it back after I recorded what it was doing on my phone then he believes me. NOT very good customer service at all. More

Very Helpful My Jeep broke down while on a road thru Minnesota. My Jeep was towed to gross. While they fixed my Jeep, they gave me a Jeep to drive back to Indiana. The part was not covered by my warranty and they helped me work it out with Chrysler services. All in all Gross was very helpful and friendly and actually cared about their customers. More
