I purchased my vehicle in May it was time for its oil change. I had some other questions besides this needing done. I went to Grote Automotive for an oil change and started out the visit with GREAT SERVICE from Nate he was kind and very friendly. Upon waiting for my vehicle to be serviced Lee Gillingham came out and told out the visit with GREAT SERVICE from Nate he was kind and very friendly. Upon waiting for my vehicle to be serviced Lee Gillingham came out and told me that my ball joint and my steering rack was leaking. I denied the service but I was made fully aware of the problems with my truck. I would Highly recommend these 2 to anyone and look forward to doing business here again!! I had made an appointment for today at 8am (5/8/2013) to have the front sway bar links replaced because of the noise while driving with the mechanic (Lee Gillingham) on 4/11/2013 when we had the oil change have the front sway bar links replaced because of the noise while driving with the mechanic (Lee Gillingham) on 4/11/2013 when we had the oil changed. I arrived at 7:54am this morning and was taken care of as soon as I walked in. I got up late this morning and was not able to have breakfast before leaving home. I asked the service Manager if there was a car that I could use to drive down to the Lakeside Café on Coliseum Blvd just a short distance away since I had to eat and then take my diabetic medicine. Mr. Corwin said that Robin could take me down and drop me off to eat and I could call back and she would pick me up. It was about 9:02am when I called, and Robin answered and said she would be down in five minutes. God bless,,,she was! To be honest the car sales part of it sucks. but the service part is awesome now. Nate did a grerat job with my blazer. he got me a heck of a deal thru warranty company. i should say he knows how to exp service part is awesome now.
