Scheduled an appt to have recall work performed on my truck and when I brought it up there a week later they told me they still had to order the part but should have it the next day and would call me to truck and when I brought it up there a week later they told me they still had to order the part but should have it the next day and would call me to reschedule. 1.5 weeks later when I called the service advisor back to inquire about the status he blamed the parts department saying "he told them to call me and let me know the part had arrived" which makes no sense bc he is still the one who had to reschedule a time for the install. Awful. Only reason I gave 1 star is because “no stars” isn’t an option. I have a 2022 Wagoneer with all sorts of electrical issues. Power lift gate wasn’ Only reason I gave 1 star is because “no stars” isn’t an option. I have a 2022 Wagoneer with all sorts of electrical issues. Power lift gate wasn’t working, system resets frequently and defaults to Italian, seat heater on the drivers side works intermittently. My vehicle was involved in a collision at the service where a box truck hit the back of my wagoneer (damaged the lift gate). They’ve never fixed the lift gate and I’ve complained about it several times. Finally took it back in earlier this month and I’m “out of warranty” on the all above issues and I’m at least going to be charged a diagnostic fee. Fine, but I’m not paying a dime for the lift gate! Service tech calls me and “forgot” I had an extended warranty that will cover the seat heater and the lift gate. Great! Then calls back as I’m going to pick up the vehicle and the battery in my Wagoneer mysteriously has died since it’s been in the shop and they recommend a new battery. My total cost out of pocket for the new battery and diagnostic fee was just over $700 which was almost the same cost as the quoted repair of the lift gate!!! My battery worked perfectly fine before I took it in by the way. Freaking shady. Not only will I NEVER take my vehicle here again for service, I WILL NEVER BUY A VEHICLE FROM THIS SHADY PLACE EVER AGAIN. SHADY SHADY SHADY More

Every time I have taken my vehicle in for service something has happened causing damage or a part or screw has not been put back properly. Both my front doors were damaged and had to be repainted be something has happened causing damage or a part or screw has not been put back properly. Both my front doors were damaged and had to be repainted because the service technicians scratched them over a year ago. More recently a few months back one of the technicians left a screw out for the engine air filter compartment. This last time the technician left the cabin air filter cover off that attaches behind the glovebox. I don’t know if it’s intentional or carelessness or both but the quality of service is terrible. If these things happening to me it is most like happening to other customers as well. Needless to say, I will be taking my vehicle to another dealership to service and will let others know about my repeated experiences of lack of professional service. More
Price gouged. Aggressive up sell on more services not needed. Auxiliary battery hasn’t been used because auto restart is too hard on batteries and starter.
