Feeling incredibly frustrated and stressed. I bought a 2015 Chevy Silverado from Rivertown Toyota in Columbus, GA on Sept 24, 2025. Less than a week later — and under 300 miles driven — the transmission started failing. The dealership confirmed the torque converter is bad, but this issue wasn’t disclosed or listed on the inspection or vehicle history report. The truck is still at the dealership, and I haven’t gotten it back. I’ve asked them to rescind the sale and am now seeking legal advice. I expected better from a name like Rivertown Toyota. This has been an incredibly stressful situation. More

My car had been ready for a while and no one came to the waiting area to let me know. I came in with an appointment for an oil change and after 3 hours of waiting I went to ask what the status of my car was waiting area to let me know. I came in with an appointment for an oil change and after 3 hours of waiting I went to ask what the status of my car was and they said it had been ready for a while. I had other things I needed to get done today besides sitting in the waiting room. Also the fee I was told before hand was less than the bill and when I questioned it they said shop fees had to be added. They should have known what the charges were when I asked and not give me a higher fee once the work was done. I feel this was very poor customer service. I will not be taking my car back to them again. I will use someone else to service my car. More
