I have been attempting to contact someone in Finance regarding the status of the cancelation and prorated refund for a service/protection plan. I turned in all of the required paperwork to Bruce in Fina regarding the status of the cancelation and prorated refund for a service/protection plan. I turned in all of the required paperwork to Bruce in Finance on 1/22 and as of today (2/27) I’ve not been able to speak with anyone for a status. I have called multiple times (the phone rings and then disconnects), left messages with Sales (they answered the phone), talked to the receptionist who said she was sending an email for a Finance manager to call me back, and I’ve even emailed Christopher Fitter (Finance Director) twice with no response. Customer Service is obviously a low priority. Bet if I was trying to buy a car, my phone would be ringing off the hook. Do better, Grubbs Acura! More

Buyer beware. I brought my vehicle in for a warranty-based inspection. It turned out the warranty didn't apply to my vehicle, but they couldn't determine this unti I brought my vehicle in for a warranty-based inspection. Not only was it a wasted trip, but as I was pulling away, system errors appeared on my dashboard. After re-inspecting the car, they attributed the errors to "bad gas," turning what should have been a no-cost trip into a $500+ repair. More

Not happy with this service dept. I went in for maintenance required oil change and a warranty chip repair. Mt appointment was at 12:00 pm. I arrived at 11:00. I never received an update so I called at 3:00 they said that it was in repairs bay and would update me later. At 5:00 they said vehicle was ready. Not ONE single chip was repaired They attempted to repair the one on the passenger door but had said dent person was gone, didn’t have right color of paint and other excuses. I will not be using Grubbs service again. The only reason to go back is to get my chip warranty covered. More
The service department reps frequently recommend doing unnecessary services already performed in previous visits, inconsistent quote for services (the fee changes from one visit to the next), and the last unnecessary services already performed in previous visits, inconsistent quote for services (the fee changes from one visit to the next), and the last unethical thing they did was to overcharge me for services I didn’t ask. I went for a simple oil change and tire rotation, and they charged me $200 because they said it included additives for the engine. I never asked for that. It was very unethical. No trust. More
