Grubbs CDJR of Wichita Falls - Service Center

My son Was told to come in on my appointment day which I did after the numerous reminders. Once he got to the service department they asked him where the part was. It was his understanding as it would be mi did after the numerous reminders. Once he got to the service department they asked him where the part was. It was his understanding as it would be mine, that Patterson was ordering the part. Why would it be any different?? They told him he had to pay for the part before they would order it. Now I have had a number of cars worked on by Patterson and I have NEVER had pay for the part prior to service. Sounds to me like someone was trying to take advantage of an inexperienced individual. In light of recent events I would think Patterson would want to be very transparent. Very disappointed!! More
