Recently was in for wheel alignment. Quick assessment showed there was a problem. However needed a part for camber adjustment the factory did not install. Jayne in service was good and did not charge me showed there was a problem. However needed a part for camber adjustment the factory did not install. However, I have known for years when wheels are aligned, the tire pressure should be checked and adjusted as needed for proper alignment. When I left the dealership and just a few minutes later, I checked the pressure with the tps on the car. Left rear pressure was at exactly what it was when I dropped it off, about 5 pounds lower than the others. Now I wonder if the wheels are properly aligned. The van does drive nicely and handles well, but is it exactly what it should be. You have friendly people but I do wonder about the capability of people you don’t see. More

Dealership seems clean and friendly. Communication was good, but the service center failed to repair my vehicle to my satisfaction. Starting problem was repaired, but engine light was not cleared and new good, but the service center failed to repair my vehicle to my satisfaction. Had service work done. All was good. Left kia there. They brought me home. That was about 8 am. About 3 pm I called to see if car was ready and it was. From where it was setting, it was ready long ago They brought me home. That was about 8 am. About 3 pm I called to see if car was ready and it was. From where it was setting, it was ready long ago. They just never called to tell me it was ready. Glad I didn't have any pressing stuff to do out of the house. More
