Communication is TERRIBLE! I took my jeep in over 4 weeks ago for recall. I was told to get my jeep that they ordered parts & it should be 3-5 days & they would call me. I called & after several attempts at calling & texting I FINALLY get a TEXT! Brandi said they don’t have parts & she would let me know. Another week goes by, nothing. I called 4 Stars in Henrietta and am taking it there tomorrow! Never again will I use or recommend Foundation to ANYONE! More
