I had an overall excellent experience purchasing an XC-90 from Grubbs Volvo Cars—Grapevine. I live out of state and was able to negotiate what I viewed as a very fair transaction with Daniel Anderson by pho from Grubbs Volvo Cars—Grapevine. I live out of state and was able to negotiate what I viewed as a very fair transaction with Daniel Anderson by phone. He ordered the exact configuration I wanted, updated me multiple times on status of the order over the roughly three month period from order to delivery. In delivery, Daniel did an excellent job explaining every feature in great detail. The closing process with the Finance office went very smoothly. This is our first Volvo. We love the way it looks and drives. Kudos to Daniel and the Grubbs Volvo Car team for providing an excellent buying experience. More
