Grubbs Volvo Cars Grapevine

I would not recommend anyone purchase a car from Grubbs Volvo, especiall a used car. Sales staff was fine through the purchase in-person. A couple days later, I find out that they either did not know how t Volvo, especiall a used car. Sales staff was fine through the purchase in-person. A couple days later, I find out that they either did not know how to read a carfax report or lied to me about it. Before the purchase, I specifically asked if recalls had been completed on the vehicle (recalls which have serious safety issues). The sales staff told me clearly that they were completed when in fact they were not. This creates a significant safety risk to me and thereby reduces the mileage potential (as it is an electric vehicle). Communication about my concern with the sales staff, including the General Manager of Grubbs Volvo, has stalled. They will not return my emails. Furthermore, I was not informed at any point during the sales experience about an IKON add-on that cost $500 and apparently is not cancellable. I am informing the Texas state car dealership regulatory body, the TxDMV, about these issues. More
